3fD have been operating a successful business for 16 years, trading from “make do” offices. During these years they have developed their understanding of who they are and the type of team they need to be.  In recent years their clients have benefited from the powerhouse of talent and motivated individuals that are now 3fD. Because of this, they are growing.

Whilst speaking with Austen Miller, Senior Partner at 3fD, his passion and drive is apparent in his vision for success “With growth we need more people, and we need these people to be the best in their fields.

Companies like Google have demonstrated that creative talent is attracted to creative spaces.

A creative space not only provides an aesthetic and cultural experience, but it also provides the spaces that enable them to do what they enjoy doing.

The new office puts our valued team first providing them with their own unique environment, a fitness gym for their personal well being, engineering labs that that nurture innovation and a sociable kitchen dining area”

3fD’s clients will reap the rewards from these benefits too.  “We want our clients to feel proud that their company is associated with creative forward thinking specialists. With prototyping and engineering areas that allows the clients to experiment, meeting spaces available for them to use and a private office allowing them to conduct their own business when on site.

The reason for our being is because of our clients, and we need them to be central to the business”

So why Whitchurch?

“We have operated from Andover for 16 years and Whitchurch is just up the road. Close enough to London not to be shadowed from the rest of the country; we are easily accessible to much of southern and middle England”.

Sitting in a busy high street you can see the appeal of Whitchurch; the chapel studio is part of a sociable atmosphere of pubs, coffee shops, and eating places.

“Creative minds often have active past times. Being close to the coast, town and the countryside give access to a variety of activities currently enjoyed by the team”

The train station at Whitchurch is an hour to London Waterloo and a 5 minute walk from the new office.

Whatever the route clients will enjoy the easy accessibility of the studio, the hospitality of the town and the beautiful statement of the building.
